Founded in 2022 by Vicki Dennis, our mission is simple: to help women plan, dream, and achieve their goals with stationery that inspires, motivates, and empowers.

Every product is thoughtfully designed to help you stay organised, create balance, and find calm in the chaos of everyday life.Β 

πŸ’« Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Vicki, the founder and creative mind behind The Female Boss Stationery.

My journey started when I designed a planner just for myself β€” something that truly worked for my life. I’ve always loved stationery, but I wanted more than just pages and lists. I wanted a planner that helped me stay focused, encouraged self-care, and gave me space to reflect and grow.

When I shared my planner with friends and family, they fell in love with it and encouraged me to share it with others. That’s when I decided to take a leap of faith β€” and The Female Boss Stationery was born.Β Β 

🌷 A Story of Strength and Purpose

As a full-time wheelchair user living with Congenital Muscular Dystrophy, I’ve faced many challenges that have shaped who I am today. Alongside my condition, I live with severe osteoporosis, arthritis, chronic pain, dysphasia, bowel weakness, and breathing difficulties.

These experiences have taught me resilience, patience, and the power of staying organised β€” even on the hardest days. Every planner and journal I design comes from that same determination: to help others create structure, find focus, and make time for what truly matters.Β 

🐾 Life, Love & Inspiration

Outside of my business, I’m an animal lover through and through. I share my life with my beautiful rescue dog, Minnie, and my 19-year-old cat, Ziggy, who has been by my side for almost two decades. One of my biggest dreams is to one day have my own animal sanctuary, where animals can live safely and freely.

I’ve also been with my partner,Β Keegan, for over 23 years. He’s my biggest supporter and helps me with the physical side of the business β€” because while I handle the creative work, there are things I simply can’t do alone. The Female Boss Stationery truly is a team effort built on love, passion, and perseverance.Β
