💕 Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Vicki, founder of The Female Boss Stationery — a small business born from passion, resilience, and creativity.

In 2022, I designed my own planner to bring calm and structure to my busy life. When friends and family fell in love with it, I decided to turn my idea into something bigger — and The Female Boss Stationery was born.

As a full-time wheelchair user living with Congenital Muscular Dystrophy, I know how important it is to stay organised and focused, even on the hardest days. That’s why every planner I create is designed to help women take control, find balance, and plan their dreams with confidence.

At home, I’m surrounded by love — my rescue dog Minnie, my 19-year-old cat Ziggy, and my partner of 23 years, Keegan, who helps me with the physical side of the business. Together, we pour our hearts into every order that leaves our hands.
